Shipping Policy

 

Please note that the processing times of the order are separate from the delivery times you see at the checkout. Also note that there may be potential delays beyond Kransfontein’s control, e.g. problems with the post / courier service.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order has been confirmed and your payment is reflected in our account. You will be notified again when your order has been shipped.

LOCAL PICK-UP

 

You can skip the delivery costs by getting your parcel locally at Kransfontein Farm. After you have placed the order and selected local pickup at the checkout, your order will be ready to pick up within 1 business day. We will send you a text message when your order is ready.

Our local pick-up hours are Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 12am. Your order confirmation email should please be with you.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

 

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please wait 24-48 hours before the tracking information is available.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving your email for delivery confirmation, please contact us at sales@kransfontein.com  with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

 

Returns

 

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer a return policy. In the event of broken items or any other product query please contact sales@kransfontein.com 

 

EXCHANGES / RETURNS (if applicable).

 

We only replace items if they are defective. Send us an email to sales@kransfontein.com 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
